Raymond took up a position as HR Business Partner for the Northern Ireland Judicial Appointments Commission in August 2021 on a part-time basis. He is responsible for all people matters and leads on NIJAC People Strategy, including Board and Commissioner Development. Raymond has over 30 years’ experience working in public sector organisations.
