Pensions Appeal Tribunals – Legal Member is now closed
NIJAC is seeking to appoint for the office of fee paid Legal Member of the Pensions Appeal Tribunals.
It is intended to make one appointment and to maintain a reserve list for 12 months and intends to open applications for the role on 26 March 2021.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for appointment as a Legal Member of the Pensions Appeal Tribunals you are required to:
(a) satisfy the judicial-appointment eligibility condition on a 5-year basis;
(b) be an advocate or solicitor in Scotland of at least five years' standing; or
(c) be a member of the Bar of Northern Ireland or solicitor of the Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland of at least five years' standing.
Fee: £507.72 per day
