The Judicial Appointments Commission in England and Wales have two vacancies available for Salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) (Land Registration).
The Land Registration Division of the Property Chamber hears matters referred to it by HM Land Registry, namely disputed applications relating to the register. These involve all aspects of real property law and land registration and may involve many other areas of law. The Land Registration Division also hears cases in its originating jurisdiction to rectify or set aside documents.
