President of the Industrial Tribunals and Fair Employment Tribunal 

NIJAC is now inviting applications for the position of President of the Industrial Tribunals and Fair Employment Tribunal (IT FET). 

About the role

The position of President is a front facing leadership role. The successful applicant will inspire trust and confidence and work with and encourage a wide range of people.

The President has strategic oversight to ensure that the work of the Tribunal is being carried out properly and efficiently.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for appointment applicants need to be a barrister-at-law or solicitor of at least 7 years standing; or have a 7-year general qualification within the meaning of Section 71 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990; or be an advocate or solicitor, admitted in Scotland of at least 7 years’ standing.

Salry: £157.705 per annum. This post is pensionable.
