Part Time Facilities Manager
The Northern Ireland Judicial Appointments Commission (NIJAC) is responsible for recruitment and selection of members of the judiciary for over 1000 judicial offices across Northern Ireland.
The Commission is seeking to appoint a Part Time Facilities Manager.
Hours: Between 25 – 27.5 per week, with daily on-site Monday to Friday.
Salary range: £26,569 – £27,127 (Pro-Rata 0.65 - 0.75)
The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing day to day facilities support for NIJAC’s headquarter building and offices at 10-14 Victoria Street, Belfast, BT1 3GG, including buildings maintenance, health & safety, IT equipment and supplies.
Applicants must have:
- A minimum of 2-years’ experience in a Facilities Management role gained in the last 5 years (to include experience in liaising directly with staff and external suppliers).
- A recognised Health & Safety qualification e.g. IOSH/NEBOSH.
- Experience of a Facilities maintenance software system, e.g., NICS AMPS System.
