Pensions Appeal Tribunals – Legal Member is now closed
NIJAC is inviting applications for the office of fee paid Legal Member of the Pensions Appeal Tribunals. It is intended to make one appointment and to maintain a reserve list for 12 months from the anticipated date of the first appointment (9 August 2021).
Eligibility:
To be eligible for appointment as a Legal Member of the Pensions Appeal Tribunals you are required, by 9 August 2021 to:
(a) satisfy the judicial-appointment eligibility condition on a 5-year basis;
(b) be an advocate or solicitor in Scotland of at least five years' standing; or
(c) be a member of the Bar of Northern Ireland or solicitor of the Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland of at least five years' standing.
Fee: £507.72 per day
