Career / Experience:

Mr Todd was an equity Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) until his retirement from the partnership. During his 25 year career at PwC he held a number of UK roles, including Head of Tax in Northern Ireland. In addition to contributing to the strategic direction and success of the partnership, Mr Todd also had specific recruitment, selection, promotion and people development responsibilities and experience.

He is currently a trustee board member of the charity Relate NI, Chair of SSAS Solutions (UK) Ltd. and a Governor of Sullivan Upper School.

Period of Appointment and Remuneration:

Mr Todd was appointed on 3rd October 2012. He has subsequently been appointed for a further four year term from 3rd October 2016. A daily rate of £338 and a half-day fee of £169 (4 hours or less) are payable. An hourly rate is payable for Commission activities other than attendance at scheduled meetings and attendance at training, conferences, outreach and diversity events.

Other Public Appointments Held and Remunerations Received:

Mr Todd was appointed to the NI Local Government Officers Superannuation Committee from 1st May 2013 for a four-year term. A meeting fee of £117.00 is payable. He was also appointed to the Charities Advisory Committee of the NI Central Investment Fund for Charities from 1 August 2014 for a three-year term. No fees are payable in respect of that position.
