Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal and Fee-paid Judge of the Employment Tribunal (England and Wales) open until 1pm on Tuesday 4 April 2023.

Appointments are expected mainly across England and Wales however there are hearing centres for the First tier Tribunal in the Immigration and Asylum Centre in Glasgow and Belfast.

SALARY:  £118,237.00

Employment judge work involves the determination of a wide range of workplace disputes, with currently more than 100 different causes of action that can be brought to the Employment Tribunals under various legislation.

The post is suitable for Salaried Part Time Working (SPTW) at a minimum of 50%, but not job share. This will usually be working full weeks in blocks of at least four weeks.
