NIJAC Shortlisting – Opinions and Perceptions Survey

NIJAC Shortlisting – Opinions and Perceptions Survey

The Northern Ireland Judicial Appointments Commission has released an Opinions and Perceptions survey with regard to the shortlisting methods used by NIJAC in respect of applicants for judicial office.

The purpose of the survey is to inform NIJAC’s Review of Shortlisting. This Review intends to set the direction of shortlisting methods used by NIJAC for the next 8-10 years.

The survey seeks not just the opinions and perceptions of those who have applied for judicial office (and who have been subject to our existing shortlisting methods) but also those who have an interest in our work and the service we provide to all stakeholders in the recruitment of meritorious applicants to judicial office in Northern Ireland.

Please access the survey through the link provided, it will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
